What a COOL 🥶 outting on a HOT 🥵 night, this past Sunday! Thank you to @cannaconnectmn @misotaess @carpediem_healthandwellness @piffton.mn and @blncdnaturals for hosting us all at @embracenorth!

The physical shock followed by the mental focus needed to pull yourself together (well, myself) was just the small reset I needed after a stressful month.

Even more fun to experience it all with my canna crew, AND Mr. DeShaw, who surprised me from out of state 30min beforehand- “honey, you’re coming with me to an ice bath…” and he jumped right in. 🫶🏼
