The Minnesota Office of Cannabis Managment released their first draft of "Cannabis Rules," on 7/31/24, including, rules specific to the Registered Designated Caregiver's program.
IT IS A BIT confusing at first, because the OCM seemed to have merged the past 2016 Medical Cannabis Program "Caregiver" definition with the NEW "Registered Designated Caregiver," program's definition in new set of Rule Making.
