Second round of testimonies from the public to the Saint Paul City Council; It became apparent very quickly that members of the council wanted to make a name for themselves and had their minds made up- They don't care what the public thinks. Anti- Cannabis Use testifiers were hand picked from the community by their council members, and I'm still not sure why CHILDREN testified on a 21+ use product?
